    Cosmetic surgeries are becoming increasingly popular these days, what with the need to have perfect bodies that look good no matter what you wear. And if you’re overweight or wish to lose a few stubborn pounds, you know you can always opt for a liposuction or a tummy tuck, two common cosmetic weight reduction techniques. But before you decide to go ahead with these surgeries, you need to be aware of the risks and consequences they come with, and you need to know that these procedures by themselves alone are not going to give you the ideal figure that you crave. First of all, in order to qualify for a liposuction and/or a tummy tuck procedure, you must be a non-smoker whose weight has not fluctuated for at least the past six months. Both procedures are not instant weight loss procedures. Rather, they only help you tone your body.
